As an Amazon Account Manager (m/f/d) you will be working closely on the success of your assigned customers, their products, and brand(s). You are responsible for the sustainable and long-term performance of the customer, develop clients’ accounts strategically (Seller or Vendor) and are the main contact person for the customer. You will also coordinate tasks with other teams from advertising, visual branding and content. We give you the opportunity to build and implement structures and processes for our account management team in UK.

Your tasks:
- Development of marketplace and product strategies on Amazon
- Strategic and operational planning for enterprise customers
- Consulting of enterprise customers in terms of relevant key performance indicators
- Analysis of the product and sales performance of customers
- Creation of account reports for customers
- Administration and maintenance of customer accounts on Amazon
- Creation, optimization and maintenance of product detail pages with relevant content
- Monitoring and optimization of product rankings and keywords
- Coordination of all interactions between Marketplace Team, Advertising Team and Content Team
- Set up and further development of business processes
